I purchased a pair of Pegasus 36 Trail GORE-TEX last night from Wesley. He was extremely professional and demonstrated excellent product knowledge to myself as well as others at the store. Various shoes in different sizes were in stock and brought to me promptly, and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. The overall experience was outstanding and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Selection is very limited, which is fair for a smaller store; however, there was a shock drop of a shoe when I was in the mall, I was around the corner so I was able to line up to go in right away. It was sold out in under 15 minutes. Pretty suspicious if you ask me as I was in line in the 11th minute, and the 4 people in front of me didnt seem to be aware of said shock drop. Very different experience compared to when I was in Guildford also for a shock drop. Staff was clear on how much stock they had and what sizes were left, and asked the people in line if they were buying the shoe, and cut the line off to when the stock was supposed to run out. Im an avid Nike fan and have been to stores around the world and this is one of the worst experiences I've had. Go to Metrotown instead, or the airport outlets even, which is close by.

The stock manager is INCREDIBLE. He is so kind and helpful. I had been looking for a different size in a hoodie, and he had told me that they would sadly not get any more. A few days later I came in to do my return and he remembered me and when I came in to return the incorrect size he remembered me and went to the back and he had the size I needed. He deserves to be acknowledged for his great knowledge and thoughtfulness. Every time I go in I usually get great customer service but he sets the standards very high and always gives exceptional service and makes it so enjoyable to shop at this location. :D

You may have to wait outside the store for a little until a worker lets you in due to the store being small and being considerate of giving other's more space to shop. Can be confusing to tell who works there since there is no uniform. Store is clean and the cashiers are quick.

I called before coming to this store and had to drive 40 minutes just to get there. A representative received my call and said that they have different options and sizes for the shoes I wanted. It was Nike Jordan Retro 1 and when I came to the store I saw there were only 2 shoes in the entire shoes for this series. I even asked her for the series and options before coming and she said they had a lots of them so couldn’t tell me on call. Thanks “Sophia” or “Sofia” for wasting my time and energy. Worst customer service ever.

How do I check-in when I arrive for curbside pickup? When you arrive, tap “CURBSIDE PICKUP” in your confirmation email. You’ll need to let us know what your vehicle looks like (you don’t need to enter your license plate number). We’ll bring your order to you and check your photo ID through your closed vehicle window. And then we’ll leave your order wherever you’d like in your vehicle. How do I know if my order qualifies for store pickup?
