I had the best experience at Lululemon - Richmond centre today. The I didn’t happen to get the name of the educator but she was at the checkout station around 1600. She went above and beyond to help me locate an item in store, process my health care discount and complete a return. Just wanted to give her some kudos and hope she is recognized for her excellent customer service.

This store delivers excellent customer service and never disappoints me. Every staff I meet there is friendly and willing to help. I feel like they really care about customers' feelings and needs. It has been my favourite store so far.

Used to like this location as customer service was always the best. Until this morning the cashier (Asian girl) was REALLY rude. She needs to be trained much better to be put on the floor!!!

I love lululemon, clothes and customer service. But not today I forgot his name he is tall , red face and has tattoo in his arm. he looks like sulk little girl. i was looking for new pant for mom, theres have 2 pants for moms size but many peoples tried those pants so bit a lint in the waist area. i want to give her new one so i was asking if youguys have new one inside then please get new one for me ? because these pants are flu...but he cut my word and he said "it's new" and ignore me and walk away. i got first shock. i thought he must be tried to bring stuff inside ? so i tried to show him those fluff things but he didnt even look and he said 1sec and disappeared. but he didnt go to inside because i was standing front of there . but he doesnt want to talk to me i dont have any chance to tell him about anything . i was waiting over 7-8mins but he didnt came back and i found him and i was asking "did you find mine?" and he just pointed somewhere . and i said "Excuse me?" He never answered and pointing again . i was getting upset with him . i said what are you pointing? i cant understand and he said " fitting room no.1 hanging there " This pant was not for me and he didnt tell me anything about this. how do i know??? even when i talk about this he keep ignoring me and keep pretending organize clothes. If he really tired to talk with customers and sick and tired of work then just take a rest at home . He need training before work. i never ever experience like this before at lululemon The kind manager lady came and helped me right away in 1min.

The worst lululemon customer service ever!Especially the short hair Asian female manager! Price are all random,same item have totally different prices, if you are unlucky, you pay way more than others. Be careful,even if anywhere else is already marked down,they won’t sale the same price for you! Especially the Asian female manager is so rude and like “I don’t care ”attitude, which it’s not the lululemon service I used to have or any other store. And they never answer the phone !
