Only 2 stars for good quality clothes for reasonable prices. Unfortunately at this location you wait a terribly long time for dressing room staff to be uneducated and rude. While I was there one of the staff ripped open the curtain of another women revealing her naked, the women began yelling & the staff DENYED opening the curtain. Both staff weren’t able to answer anybody’s questions about the clothing in the store, nor did they seem interesting in helping the customers.

Extremely rude management towards staff and customers. Must be no control from head office over this location! I’m a regular costumer of Zara and love the clothes and design. Richmond Zara is the closest location to me and I do shop there more often unfortunately every time I visit I notice that staff are not happy and that effects the environment and whole business, management yells at staff in-front of customers. They have disrespectful behaviours towards people, bot sure if they are qualified to be a manager. There are not enough staff on the floor to help the customers, one staff is over loaded with too much work(illegal in Canada) Extremely disappointing

Went here, all was fine. The lineups at Metrotown are still craZy. Here it’s a bit calmer. Anyway The change rooms not being open last month definitely sucked however that’s why you go inside the public bathrooms in the mall to check- tip - your welcome ;)

I wanted to try on a FAUX SUEDE JACKET near to one of the mirrors in the store, and one of the staff stopped me aggressively and told me that I can only try this in a FITTING ROOM. ITS JUST A JACKET and I believe when we have all these mirrors around us in the store, its for people to have a quick look on how these clothes suit us. I saw couple of others trying their jackets in front of the mirror on my way out.. So I guess its not a store policy, I guess its a policy created by this particular staff who told me so. If its store policy, please try and display it somewhere so people can see it and not rudely encounter if someone is not following it. Please do understand CUSTOMER IS KING when it comes to the business world!!! I see other reviews with the same complaint! Guess its the same girl! Really Rude!!

Bad management, rude staff, long quque for fitting room and then billing. Really bad management and the staff just keep bugging customers for their nonsense rules. They need training on how to treat customers.

Zara offers good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Shoes are cool. I bought the bright orange sling backs - they look stunning and are very comfortable to walk in. Beautifully fully lined suits in different colours to suit different tastes. This is what Zara does best I feel. Different tastes within the store to capture the interest of a wide demographic. The most important thing us quality for the price. You can get that here.

Todays visit to Zara wasn’t the greatest.. fitting rooms aren’t open anymore but they give you 30 days to exchange and return which is great, but my god they need more staff! Both tills were backed up till the back and I swear the line wouldn’t move. I spent a solid 35 minutes waiting in line to check out for clothes that I don’t even know fit or not LOL Probably gonna have to come back to return them and wait another 35+ minutes.. I understand things have been really cut down because of COVID but you’d think after over 2 years in a pandemic they’d have an improved system..? Nothing against the staff their trying their best it’s hectic working in retail I know that from personal experience, but there has to be a better way to go about this lol

To exchange or return an item purchased from any of our stores, you must present the paper sales receipt. You can also present it via your ZARA QR (only available for returns).
