★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, friendly and helpful staff and creative store layout. A great variety of shoes from converse to vans to adidas for both genders. Really great place to find a cheap pair of shoes as they tend to have quite a lot of sales. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a pair of unique and cute boots at other location when I was pregnant in August last year. I was really looking forward to wearing them in winter, but it turned out that they were too difficult to wear even after giving birth (A lot of people complained same on Tom's website). Fortunately, within a year you can return your purchase if it's unworn. Isn't it very nice? The staff were also very nice :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees don't wear any face masks, we're in a middle of a pandemic and masks are mandatory in public spaces. They don't wear masks when it comes to helping out customers. Please don't come here unless you want to get COVID from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees literally attack you like mosquitoes the second you walk in! Can't even focus on shopping for shoes because they won't stop talking to you and harassing you. Plus there's about 5 or 6 employees in that small store ( all coming at you and trying to talk to you at once ) very overwhelming. Cool selection of shoes though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I came into the store knowing what I already wanted, and thankfully was quickly greeted by a sales associate who asked if I needed help finding the shoe and size.
I'm generally the type of shopper who wants to get in and get out without much interaction, but this sales associate definitely went above and beyond my expectations. For example, the shoes in the box were unlaced, and he offered to lace them up for me before trying them on; and after I completed my purchase he went to my side of the cash register desk, gave me my bag and thanked me!
Of course he asked if I wanted any shoe protectant or socks, but as someone who also works in retail, I know that upselling is part of the job sometimes haha. Nonetheless, big shout out to him for doing a super great job at his job! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No masks on employees in the store. Came within 6 feet to try to assist us. Shocking and unacceptable behavior during a pandemic. A whole mall full of masks and only this store is ignoring the mandate.
