★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I had to use skip the dish to buy my meal because they do not accept American express so I paid a premium for my meal. I usually don't eat at bubble waffle but I felt like something different and I saw their brisket curry dish. I know another place that have this amazing curry brisket and rice so I wanted to see if bubble was comparable and it wasn't. It wasn't terrible but for sure wasn't the same. That being said I order the bubble waffle for the first time and I have to say it's pretty good, I can see why people order it now. My favorite was the Hong Kong style milk tea coffee drink! And bubble waffle does it right most of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting here waiting for my food and I see them drop a bubble waffle on the ground. Totally expecting it to go into the trash right? Nope. It goes back into the deep frier and back into someone’s order ?
The reason for the two stars is the food is descent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It deserves 0 stars but I had to give it at least 1 to write a review. Their quality of food had consistently been bad for the past 2-3 years with no signs of improvement. I was craving for bubble waffles today and happened to be at Richmond Centre so I popped up to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Ordered but didn’t even have to wait, only to find my waffle was cold, soggy and messed up. It was so bad that I didn’t even finish it and threw it away with the stamp card. I knew why I stopped coming here, and today’s waffle just reassured me that I won’t be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richmond centre bubble waffle cafe can get pretty busy. Pay online is a convenient feature.
Since I just went for the waffle it was already ready and was handed to me hot. They have some already in que.
The waffle was nice, crispy and sweet.
The dining area seems a bit chaotic especially with the holidays so not everyone will be comfortable with the volume of people at this mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good combos, rice noodles were good. I’ve been eating here for awhile now and overtime, you become disgusted by the noodles and wont bother eating it. However, other items in the menu is delicious as well. Curry fish balls is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your Hong Kong style quick fix. Great menu and combo that will keep everyone happy. Laksa chicken noodle is my favourite with an ice lemon tea. Good portion and fair pricing. Efficient online ordering, which gives you 10% off if you order online ahead. Love this place!
