B	Ben Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gelato and crepe place as the name says. The gelato is not made on site but I am told it is not made by a food company. They do make the crepes in front of you however. The fruit and toppings are usually fresh. The gelato is good and smooth. Some of the flavors are not great. Parking is from the mall lots either on the roof or otherwise. Transit is from the Canada line (final stop) or the nearby bus hub.

Since I had appetite for some dessert, my friend led me to the food court where I went to the “Crepe Delicious”. I had good experiences with that brand at Metropolis in Metrotown, Burnaby. So, I tried that one. I was very disappointing. First, despite they had larger cups (e.g. ½ litres), the person behind the counter told me that I cannot have more than 3 flavours at once. Second, the taste was not satisfying at all. Despite being not so great in taste, the Mango flavour was the best of those I bought. My friend and I agreed that the Tiramisu and the Cappuccino flavours were rather tasteless. They were also not as creamy as a Gelato supposed to be. I do not recommend that store at all. For that high price one could expect a better quality and service.

A	Ana C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and friendly service, we got the freshn' up crepe, and one with chicken, don't remember the name, but everything was delicious just like the strawberry sorbet. The place is at the dining terrace inside the Richmond shopping center, coming out the elevator on your right. Definitely recommend, I haven't tried any sweet crepes but I'm looking forward to do it.
T	Theresa Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their crepe was already premade and just warm up on the plate and that made crepe like crispy and hard and dry. Also the employee doesnt seem to know how to make it . She kept looking at the menu what the ingredient is. Slow but not quite professional. Horrible
B	Brenda Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not gonna come again, horrible experience, the lady work here was so angry and feel annoyed. I am here with my boy and choosing what he wants for his cone. And stand at the cashier for few mins, no one greet. I know there's someone behind the kitchen, so I wait abit. But it just taking too long. Then I go and say hello, I saw she was on her phone. Feel so angry (am I disturbing you?) point on the menu， ask me to pay, while I took the cash, she rolling her eyes, open and close the fridge door with big BANG! I don't mind she don't even say a word or greeting, but me and my kids shouldn't treat with this kind of attitude. This is not even just rude. The scoop is kind of small too, so disappointed about this kind of attitude, if not like about front desk job, shouldn't work at this environment.
E	Elaine Tai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a crepe there and noticed there's a combo with a drink. I asked the cashier (Asian lady) if I could add the drink after she finished making the crepe. She literally rolled her eyes, took a huge sigh, and started poking the screen angrily. She told me there's no option to do that. I said I could pay cash if thats the issue. So she eventually made the drink with a temper. Someone like this should not work in customer service, period. You shouldn't give this kind of attitude towards the customer.
