★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果沒有點蝦餅我會給四顆星，這個餅皮完全是地雷，沒有味道，而且蝦子就這樣隨便的撒上是我沒有想過的?同樣價位的手工肉丸就好吃太多太多！滿滿肉泥，推薦！
螺螄粉中規中矩，沒有太驚艷，缺點：中辣不夠辣，酸度也只能算中等，吃過好歡螺加辣加臭版本覺得他家稍微不夠味，但對第一次嘗試螺螄粉的人來講，這樣的調味可能更大眾吧。
這家付現金也要付稅，是這個公眾市場比較奇特的存在。

The snail noodles are quite satisfactory, not too amazing. Disadvantages: the medium spicy is not spicy enough, and the acidity can only be regarded as medium. I have eaten the Haohuanlu plus spicy and stinky version and feel that his home is a little less flavorful, but for those who try snail noodles for the first time. Speaking of which, this kind of seasoning may be more popular.
This company also pays taxes in cash, which is a rather peculiar existence in this public market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, first time trying stinky snail soup, and it blew my mind ?. Stinky smell at first, but taste fresh, crunchy and delicious after. It's totally not the same as stinky tofu or durian. And the portion is big with lots of ingredients. I will introduce this to my friends!

New food stall at Richmond Public Market that specialize in Snail Rice Noodle. The broth is amazingly tasty. My wife on the other hand didn’t like the smell and thought it was a little bit salty.
Would definitely be coming back and trying their other dishes. The place only takes cash and WeChat Pay.
