★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negative review - I can't believe it. I have taken all my alterations to Louisa's for years and have never had anything to complain about. They are quick and efficient, friendly and expert.
I've always received my clothes back when scheduled and they have done an excellent job of every one of them. I'm so glad I found them - their work is high quality.

Waited in line for about 15 minutes then some lady walked in ahead of me looking to ask a question it seemed but Louisa (I assume) served her ahead of me. I don't have time for this kind of treatment so I left. Treat all of your customers fairly. Lost my business forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Louisa Alterations. Great for quick/simple alterations and tailoring. Brought in roughly seven pairs of jeans and each one were done perfectly with fair prices. It’s easier if you know what your measurements are and what’s required–they’re straight to the point and no hassle. Great for casual business/everyday garments, highly recommend.
For your convenience, I would suggest pick up a week later and don’t go right at the opening hour. Also, I never had a problem with rush orders but you need to be strict on the scope and expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little shop with great service! While the hours are short, people do come by for their alterations. I got my pants hemmed, and the price was reasonable ($10 per pants). The shop is cash only, but the results are worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Tuesday(Jan 11) but she wants to me pick up on 21 I asked i need as soon as possible when is faster day she told me January 20. Okay I yield how fast day, when I picked up I thought my suit is ready to pick up but before picked up i checked call her she wants to me pick up after 3pm. I came there after 3pm she just brought my pants fixing and ironing. I waited almost half an hour to pick up. I understand too much people orders but that is too much. I think 9 days processing clothes is enough fixing and ironing etc. sorry to say it too lazy.
