★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an enjoyable experience and wow did the food taste good. I got in the very fast make shift line to hear the chef speaking mando (mandarin) and the other lady canto (cantonese). I asked if they have veggies and to my surprise they had close to 10 items that were all veg. Huge portions and even got a few extra pieces. Maybe it's covid or I haven't spoken cantonese in a while (originally outside of toronto) but it felt so good to have genuine conversation and great service. I definitely will be coming back again. Also the food was So Good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. Pretty good selection and the owners are generous and friendly, albeit a bit busy serving customers. I felt bad about all the customers coming here and the place across from them not getting business, so I tried them out and found the food to be less in taste and quantity. So I'm back at Captain Wa because I need my fix. Fried fish and squid are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING FOOD, PRICE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! They packed SO much food into the big container that the container almost couldn’t close. They also had to pack more food in an extra bag. All just for $12!! And the food was fresh and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are reasonable and portions are huge. The lady was worried that I didn't have enough food and was kind enough to throw in some free veggies! Their deep fried calamari is a must try! All of this was only $11.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food variety is huge and the portion is gigantic. The three item combo is only $11 and that's enough to overstuff two adults!
The food I had is delicious, and unlike most Asian food court stores, the customer service is outstanding. The lady who served us is very friendly and courteous. And despite the already huge portion of food, she gave us additional samplers! This just made my day lol. Would definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Captain Wa is definitely a place to check out if you’re in the area. The deep fried squid absolutely excellent. My favourite is the crab - they will cook it anyways you want! The food is great and it’s at an unbeatable price - you definitely get your money’s worth!
