★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time shopping here and the experience was unpleasant. At first the employees seem to be friendly but seem annoyed when I request for help. I wanted to use a discount code for my purchase and they seemed unhappy for the entire checkout process. The two employees I've talked to felt like they were giving me attitude and I don't think I will shop here again unfortunately.

After browsing Saje's online store, I decided to go in-person to purchase a few products. Once there, I noticed a discrepancy in price. When I asked an associate to clarify the price, I was told that the item I wanted was not a part of their sale; when in fact, it was. I understand that mistakes can occur, however, I believe that taking ownership is key for providing good customer service. Instead, I was given the excuse that the sale shelf didn't have enough room for all the items.
