★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staffs being a poor service attitude when I went in. I would like to buy a pistol in the store, but because the staffs attitude, all the sudden I don't want to spend time on this store! I need to ask every questions before they serve me as a customer. Don't see a lit of professional knowledges on the guns as well. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished the gun lessons and exams. Mr. Milburn is one of the best instructor I have seen in years. He is super patient and very friendly. I wish seeing him one day at a shooting rage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a Magwell for a pistol I own on this site. Put it in my cart, entered my info, it quoted me shipping and tax. I entered my CC information on what I assumed was a secure site, including CVC code through Google. Done deal right? Apparently not....
Recieved an email a couple of days later.....
Said that I had been charged the wrong shipping when I checked out so needed to contact them to pay the difference..... Ok ... but here is the kicker. They wanted me to email a scan/photo of my credit card front and back, along with an ID that had my address on it. I was told the reason was they had been a victim of fraud recently.... Hmmm let me think.. Send all my personal info to a store I had never done business with before through an unsecured method. Not sure who would have ended up being the fraud victim? Buyers BEWARE... something is up here. I politely declined and requested they delete all my personal information that they obtained through their website. Hopefully no one is shopping with my CC info right now!

Sufficiently run by few knowledgeable multilingual staffs. Honouring price match against any local or national deals (some restrictions apply)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the store to handle and compare a few guns that I'm planning on purchasing. I asked the guy behind the counter if he had any experience with any of the guns I selected. He quickly replied "They're all the same." I asked a couple more questions and he kept saying "They're all the same." I quickly realized he doesn't care about customer service and that me even being in the store was an inconvenience to him. I will never ever buy anything from this store because of the "They're all the same" guy. For context, the guns on the counter that were all the same according him were Glock 17, CZ P10F and a Glock 48. Sure they have a lot of similarities but come on.
