I will definitely be bringing my future sewing projects here, as the owners here were fair and kind and made a real effort to help me out! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to have all your clothing done. Susan Tailoring was highly recommended to me by multiple Hugo Boss retail stores. She’s helpful and efficient. Huge help from her got me through my graduating ceremony. Multiple sets of suit were tailored there and the results deserve 120%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this place to inquire about doing measurements and specifically asked for the price of only getting measurements. On the phone, the lady said "there is no charge as this is something so simple and quick, we are honest and won't charge needlessly". I asked to clarify again in case she misunderstood my question, but she ensured me there is no charge and to simply just drop by. When I was there and finished measurements, she suddenly said it is $1.50 PER EACH measurement. I reminded her of our 5 minutes phone call earlier the day and she tells "I answered the call and I won't remember wrong". This rating is due to her inconsistencies and the fact that she declined to listen to me when I brought up our previous conversation. I really don't mind paying for measurements (in fact, that's why I called to check), but it's the fact that I took the time to call, got her to double confirm there is no charge, and then got slapped with one after everything was done. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to go back as I am genuinely worried my future quotes will not reflect what the bill truly would be. The owner(?) speaks Cantonese and we conversed in her language. There was no communication barrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 star if I can. Don’t come here!! I was charged twice! I came for pants tailoring and paid first. She did not mark it on the receipt because she was busy talking on the phone. And I didn’t know there should be a mark for paid receipt. I thought receipt means that I have already paid. When I came to pick up, she charged me AGAIN!! So I paid twice as I cannot proof my self. I think that’s why they do cash only. Nothing you can keep track of. If you insist to come, don’t pay first. Pay after!!!! I didn’t know they could do pay after. Otherwise I wouldn’t pay until I get my pants back. Oh! And if you cannot keep everything organized and memorize things correctly, don’t do business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust this tailor! Recently came here to have my wife's dress hemmed. We brought a pristine white dress in for measuring and when we came to pick it up there were 7 noticeable brown stains on it. Worse of all, Susan blamed us and said she noticed it when hemming when and didn't say anything.
There was absolutely no way we would not have noticed these stains when measuring while standing right in front of the mirror. We asked her to comp us the dry cleaning but she refused and said the dress was dirty to begin with. Who brings in a dirty white dress in for hemming?!

She’s friendly, experienced and reasonably priced. Her tiny shop is a hole in the wall, but she does great work every time. Highly recommend all my friends and family to see Susan.
