β β β β β Had the best couch shopping experience! Vincent was knowledgeable and super patient. Not only did he answer my questions thoughtfully but he also gave me tips on what to look for. He went above and beyond to help us and most importantly I could feel that he genuinely care about the customers. I made 2 trips before buying my sectional and both times I felt welcomed and not pressured at all. I was debating between another couch from somewhere else and ended up choosing QLiving because of the experience in store. Recommend anyone whoβs looking for furniture to give this place a shot :)

I had purchased a custom couch from here many years ago, so I know the quality and selection was great.
We had a great experience purchasing a larger sectional. We never felt pressured or upsold.
The staff happily kept our 9yo busy while we took our time making our decision.
So happy with our purchase!

β β β β β Iβve been trying to find a new couch for my new house that I move into at the end of the month. After looking around online I really liked the look of this place so I decided to bring my dad (and dog) there today. We were greeted by an adorable corgi. They had lots of really nice modular and comfortable couches laid out throughout their huge show room. After about 20 minutes of looking, I found the couch I wanted and they had my colour in stock. It is going to be delivered in a couple of weeks. Super easy and they were very helpful.

β β β β β Went in today looking for a specific sofa on their website and had a great experience. We were greeted when we first walked in, and moments later were approached by Vincent who helped us located the sofa we were looking for. Vincent was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the products really well and quickly got us delivery information and other vendor information that we needed. The store was bright and clean with lots selections. We would definitely go back again for other things we need in the future.

β β β β β Jo and Vincent were very helpful with giving us every single detail about the sectionals we were looking at and the whole buying process. Told us everything upfront. They did not pressure us at all or try to hard sell us anything. Also gave good advice and catered to what we were looking for.
Quality of the furniture looks and feels better than a lot of the places we looked at too. Will def come back for future purchases so long as quality maintains.

β β β β β THE CORGi and his hotdog costume is so cute! he kept playing with his ball!!!!! this is amazing place to see if a piece of furniture can withstand your fur baby. i highly suggest this place bec the staff understands the pet-furniture situation all too well aside from its form and function.
we also were very interested that they had a patio section!!!! i wanted to buy all that they showed but i have a small place. this is probably the only place that i have seen lots of high end modern minimalist furniture in one place.
staff was really helpful in our quest to find a king lift storage bed. they were helpful in asking us loads of questions. the warehouse also has a good layout, utilizing all of the area and it doesn't look cluttered at all bec some of the areas are decorated and designed to cut the feel of the space when you sit down and it's just you and the furniture.
i will come back here for sure. thanks staff!
