★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got rid of my 3 piece living room set purchased from Lazboy 15 years ago and still in perfect condition because we were down sizing. Purchased a smaller couch and a fireplace this time around.
The driver even assisted in putting the fireplace insert into the cabinet.
Again another great purchase.

He explained construction, fabrics and delivery. We purchased. a sofa, love seat and chair and we are looking forward to delivery. Rod exemplifies excellent customer service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order 2 sofas from Richmond shop and Rod was the the sale representative helping us on the selection process. He is friendly, experienced, patient and explained detail on the product and delivery process clearly. Thank you very much Rod.
I also want to say thanks to the 2 gentleman who deliver my sofas. They did an excellent job, they carefully put the blanket on the floor to avoid scratching it and they handle it very carefully during the move. Last but not the least, they were so kind to remind me don't just pull or push the sofas if I need to move as to avoid scratching the floor.
Finally, I love the sofas and they are perfect without any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been searching for a chair replacement for over a year and at wits end I decided to spend an intensive day of searching, visiting CB2, EQ3, The Brick, Urban Barn, Crate & Barrel, Paramount Furniture. Turning up nothing I had given up and was headed home when as a last hope, and since the store was nearby I stopped in at the Lazyboy store with expectations at this point hitting a new low. Was greeted by Carla and she was welcoming but not "selling" and invited me to take a walk around the store and if I had any questions to let her know. I was surprised to find two items that met my criteria! You can't imagine my surprise. One was a very interesting chair and a half in a green leather. I was almost sold until I sat in a blue leather chair disguised as a non recliner!? I couldn't choose! Carla was very patient and showed me multiple options, never hovered but offered solutions and let me ponder as I finally went with the most perfect option. I am so grateful for Carla's understanding when I described to her what I was looking for and her really wanting to find the solution. Best customer service I received that day and given the number of stores I had visited on that day, that says something. Definitely can recommend La-Z-Boy Richmond store and Carla!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I arrived at La-Z-Boy Richmond yesterday and was greeted by Rod Very. Asked what he could help us with and I said exactly what we were looking for. My mom, a petite woman was looking for the smallest power recliner. Rod took us directly to them and showed us the various recliners,. After mom and I discussed the pros and cons of the various possibilities mom was able to make the decision and informed Rod. Rod was very informative in the materials used and of the guarantees La-Z-Boy provides. With the service we had with Rod Very, we left feeling pleased that we made the right decision.
The recliner arrives on Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted almost immediately with warm staff. Rod helped us, was not pushy but offered loads of info. We did end up buying a couch and loveseat as planned and the process was smooth, the deal was fair and we felt well taken care of. Everyone was lovely at the store. We had a child and a dog with us and all felt quite comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new recliner today . My sales representative, Rowe , was excellent. Very happy with her . Not pushy or phony . I told her what i was looking for , how much i wanted to spend , and she showed me what i wanted ! Im picking it up in a week at the store . If everything goes well , I'll add a star . So i picked up my recliner and all is well . No hitches . Happy with my chair . Nice and comfy . After all , it's a Lazy Boy !
