Just got the wrapped car from Twisted Media, we are so excied because it is really gorgeous and the colour they recommended is just we were dreaming about! The boss Jeremy is quite professional as we just presented the related demo video to him, he immediately picked out the right colour from thousands of colour cards without any doubt. TroTro, his assitant, very nice and easy to communicate, responses are always in timely manner and professional as well. The job has been done perfectly on time and the price is very reasonable. First time having business with them but will surely use their service for my next car.

โ โ โ โ โ Had our Tesla model 3 vinyl wrapped, staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process, kept us updated as they worked and most importantly they did an excellent job with the wrapping. Will definitely go back for our next vehicle.

โ โ โ โ โ We ordered, picked up and put together 4 (6x4) plexiglass shields to use as weather shields on our bbq deck. From the start, the team at Twiisted Media was responsive to our unique inquiry and concerns. The shields far exceeded our expectations! They are very well made and attractive.

โ โ โ โ โ Wrapped the roof my MINI Countryman here and the result is exceptional. It's not an easy job because the roof rails has to be taken off and they did a very good job. Communication is great and they are very honest, the full wrapping process was explained thoroughly beforehand. Price is also very reasonable, highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Had part of my vehicle wrapped with paint protection film with them, too many bubbles and some visible dusts got trapped in. especially bottom part of the car, and also around everywhere if look close or after car wash.
Lack of quality check before handed to customer that spent thousands. Mentioned my concern before, just said it will gone or less visible after awhile..After months those bubbles and dust still visible. Contacted once after, no responses.
I knew itโs too late to fix, even they may response here in my review to contact them like another reviews. But what can they do..? Redo it? I doubt it. Using needle to pop air out, no thanks, so many of them, donโt want to risk the paint surface of the car as I saw him tried to fix with needle. Maybe they are doing good with another services, but definitely not paint protection film for me.
*Read the responses, itโs not bother me if I donโt try to look closely. Better has good quality control or make sure the environment is dust free as possible before put the film on. Itโs just a hassle has to go back leave car for day or more to โfixโ it maybe. I had another part done with another shop, only very few bubbles and no dust trapped. Using needle just a way to risk to the paint even with the outward method, and so many of them.
The reason of the review is hoping other customers pay more attention when the job is done and hope they will improve their quality control in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ I've had the best customer service experience from Jeremy and the team at Twiisted Media than I have ever had in my life.
They wrapped our Tesla Model Y with precision and care and the car looks amazing. We did have some issues with our car sensors not working but Jeremy took care of us and quickly got the problem sorted with such professionalism. Communication was top tier. I would recommend them to anyone!
