I dropped off my tire and rim at the store. Joe was very helpful, He went above & beyond to get my claim done in a very timely manner. I was so confuse about claim process thanks to Joe who did it everything on hi own and did not bothered me. I gave them wheel in very bad condition, When I went to pick it up it was truly amazing and I could recognize it first. I though it was new. Excellent job done guys. I needed the car in 2 days as I was suppose to leave somewhere, They worked after hours and opened workshop before regular business hours so I can make it on time. Blair recommended some color options that would go best with the color of my truck. I chose glossy black with silver inserts and a chrome center piece. And it looks awesome! While removing the rims they discovered that one of them was bent on the inside. They pointed out the problem and straightened them, ensuring my vehicle would be safe on the road. The staff was professional and the job was done exactly when they promised. I will definitely be bringing my other cars to AWR.

Spoke to Joe over the phone, set up an appointment, brought my wheel in on a Tuesday morning and got it back looking like new exactly 48 hours later. No fuss, no muss… Joe, Austin, and Ed were all friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend AWR for anyone who wants professional work at a reasonable price.

The tire looked like new and fixed the issue. The staff was really nice and responsive and even offered me behind the scenes look at the process of tire refinishing (which I unfortunately had to reject due to my schedule). Keep up the good work for folks like me who don't understand much about cars!
