β β β β β First time home buyer, had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping for a budget sofa. I have been shopping around all over Vancouver and this was the most memorable experience for sure. Had to book a showroom, and Jordan was a fantastic guide, made us feel comfortable and did not push any sales. We ended up buying from Mobler, and the sofa was slightly damaged and they sent Jordan to come fix it very swiftly. Very happy with the customer service and the couch!

β β β β β The furniture purchased here, isn't the greatest quality. I expected it to last more than just a few years. Sofa is now broken, unrepairable and I'm told by several furniture repair services that I should just buy a new one... And not from Mobler again. I tend to agree. You can close the store down and go online, but it is still the same low quality furniture.

We just bought a sofa, TV table and counter stools online from Mobler after visiting the shop for a tour. Like others mentioned, the viewing is just pleasant. No pressure, no hovering. Just helpful advice was given when asked. We have a tricky narrow living room and really needed suggestions.
Of note, it was great to see furniture that we could get immediately rather than waiting for months until it was in stock. I also have to say, their delivery person was just the nicest, most helpful guy weβve had to the house. I couldnβt be happier with how everything turned out!
