β β β β β Very friendly place with a variety of baby items to choose from. They have a very well trained staff name Joyce who helped me pick out the perfect baby gears. Sheβs super friendly and informative about all the products . Made my purchase very easy and satisfied as a first time mother.

β β β β β This location is by the far the best place to get all kids stuff from infant to teens!! The location is packed with almost every quality things for our kids' everyday need. To us, what makes this location unique is our favorite Auntie Joyce there!! She is extremely knowledgeable with everything inside the store. There is literally not a single thing that we asked her that she said she need to ask others for help. We bought everything for our 2 kids (boy & girl) with Auntie Joyce's help! She is also extremely friendly and fun to do your shopping with. Just look for Auntie Joyce, you are all set there!!

β β β β β I wrote this review because I am a very appropriate sales lady named, Sophie. It was my first time be this shop and I read other people writing reviews about this shop. But one of my friends is highly recommended to me, ask me to go looking for Sophie this Chinese lady. As my first baby, my husband and I are stressed for don't know what we should buy with tight budgets. Fortunately, I met Sophie today and she was giving me lots of information and treated me as a family to help me out with my budget for what we needed for my baby. Once again, Thanks so much for your help, Sophie!!!

β β β β β We've been visiting West Coast Kids in preparation for a newborn and their sales associates have been very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and are happy to spend time showing you how things work. The store can get quite busy on the weekends so it's handy to go in their quieter hours. There are a few popular items that are out of stock, but that's to be expected with the supply chain issues during the pandemic.

β β β β β My partner and I had an amazing and pleasant shopping experience with Chi (about 3 hours in the store). She was very informative and patient when we asked, what seemed to be, an endless number of questions! She never rushed us on our decisions on whether or not to purchase items we had questions on. She used her own personal experiences to provide helpful advice on the items we should purchase and some items that were likely not required. We will definitely be back at this WCK location; their employees seemed like a very cohesive and professional team. Iβd ask for Chi, if possible. I donβt think you can go wrong with any of their store associates, but just in case, go with Chi! Sheβs such delightful person.

β β β β β My wife Kary and I had a great experience at West Coast Kids. Being new parents, we had so many questions about all the products. Joyce was very knowledgeable in all the products and helped us pick out our first stroller and car seat. We shopped at other kids stores but always went back to find Joyce. We just didn't feel comfortable buying anything without consulting Joyce first! All other staffs are this store are super friendly as well! Highly recommended!

β β β β β I took the time to read the reviews before heading out to West Coast Kids a few weeks ago. Many of the reviews mentioned how wonderful Joyce was, so we were sure to ask for her.
I'm so glad we did, as she was so helpful and knowledgeable. The store was fairly busy, but she took the time to show us all the features of the products and answer any questions we had. There was no pressure to make the purchases that day, in fact, she encouraged us to take the time to do our research before making a large purchase of the stroller and car seat.
We returned the next weekend and bought the models Joyce had shown us earlier. We were so happy with our experience and highly recommend Joyce!
