You can't really tell from outside if you are at the right place, its a small unit, trust google maps and walk-in lol, if you see a small printout stuck on the glass window saying "inkcartridges.ca", then congratulations you made it !

I have to say I’m so impressed with this company! Firstfully, the initial order was smooth, fast and the price was great. The products I ordered worked well, but when two cords stopped working I contacted the company and they replaced them within 2 days! It was the best customer service I have seen in years! Thank you

They deleted my first review. Awful quality products and their "technical" team doesn't know very much information. After 9 months of use my TV sits slanted on their wall mount. Their solution was to tighten a few screws and when that didn't work they said they had no more solutions.

I have purchased many accessories and picked them up at their unit at Jacombs road. Reasonable price without shipping cost was reason to buy there. However, they now tell me there is no pick up at Unit anymore. With their high shipping cost, no reason to buy there anymore.Thank you

I would not recommend shopping at this website whatsoever. I ordered a product on July 10th 2020 and didn't receive a shipping notice for the item until August 20th 2020 after a 12 email long chain trying to find out why the item hadn't been shipped. I would NOT have ordered from this website if I had known it was going to take me 2 months to get an item. There was NO signage on the website stating that anything was out of stock, they simply let me place an order for an item that takes 2 months to arrive. Do not recommend.

I placed a $2300 order on January 11th and the order arrived missing a large amount of items. I have been contacting since then trying to get the cables replaced or a refund. They keep stating they have to look into it and never get back to me. I have also requested a supervisor to call me back and no one ever called back. I will give it a few more days before i contact my credit card company and file a claim. Seams to me like this companies doesn't care or they setup a system of foreign call center agents that just block you from accessing higher level help and don't seem to care about resolving problems.

Disgusted with the way I was treated today. Three different people refused to help me & refused to fix the problem & also refused to let me talk to a supervisor to try and solve the problem. I've been a customer for many years & they just lost me permanently over a refusal to solve a problem. I'm seriously thinking of suing them in small claims for the loss of my time. This used to be a good company but it appears they are in trouble as many many items are sold out & few choices. They must be failing.
