It was the first movie that I ever had before and he responded well to my roaming home. I don't think the dates are going to have any effect on him but the way he was really good seeing you. If you are not going to be there in the future, you will need to know if you want me and let him go. So, what time are you coming out? Highly recommended, would go back again.

Went to the store to purchase a car charger for my phone using curbside pickup. Ordered the charger online and says in the description that it came with both a micro usb and type c usb. The store brings it out and it only has a micro usb. I ask where the type c cable is as it says on their website. I was told it doesn't come with the type c cable it doesn't matter what it says online. The employee says I can't pull a cable out of the air. I think this is false advertising and for Staples to do this especially when I am trying to spend money at this store in these times. I will never buy anything at Staples again.

My husband and I had an absolutely horrible experience here because of how we were treated by a staff member. We came in and a lovely staff member helped us and instructed us on how to use the self print station. She pointed us in the direction of the computers. Once our items were ready to print, we went to the computer under the print station sign. On the computer screen was a space to enter in our code and print. It was our mistake that this was the wrong computer. A staff member yelled across the counters and said "excuse me!? What are you doing!? That's MY COMPUTER!!" In an extremely rude, and raised voice. The store was full of people who stopped in their tracks to stare at us. We felt completely humiliated. She could have kindly and calmly informed us that we went to the wrong computer by accident and shown us what computer we should use. It was severely unprofessional. My husband and I tried to use the print station but eventually decided that we didn't want to give them our business. So we put down our products we were going to purchase, and left. Horrible, horrible experience.

Curbside pickup does not save time. Till they have found your order and brought it out to you, you could've gotten a lot of other shopping done. Also, online orders for in store pickup, ship from Calgary... so don't expect them the next day... or the next week.

I've been in this location several times over the last few weeks, getting a new home office set up, and I've had consistently great service each time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is very clean, and the staff are respectful of social distancing when approaching to offer assistance. Great job!

Unsafe to shop at this store. Staff not wearing masks properly. Staff allowing customers to enter the store without masks. Staff not enforcing current health orders. Management does not return phone calls

In store shopping is good, but to get ahold of someone by phone is rare. I've tried calling each department, just to see if someone would answer and that was unsuccessful. Been this way for 5+ years. I've been calling for over 2 hours and still nothing.
