If you are considering buying and leasing, please be careful. Jas, the girl in the concierge department, seriously brings down the entire community. She was very loud on her phone and on the phone almost every time I left the home or came home. She is also often not there when people are looking for her and it really depends on her to get a delivery. She is very impatient to provide any service. Except for rich men, she would often seek out rich looking Middle Eastern or Asian men to pick up and chat and laugh at lobby. It was just awful. Why would you hire someone like that to be a face of the door.

nice place to live, quiet and very convenience. The only drawback is the building management , especially one of the concierge is terrible!( not first time hear residents compliant about her). update: i decide to give one star for this building because the attitude of concierge staffs. the concierge lady is rude. At first i thought maybe she just had a bad day, but turns out she shows no respect to me, my girlfriend all the time and even the furniture delivery guys. What a shame !

Was planning to rent a place from here but funny that the property manager never send me the picture of the parking and the locker that I have asked for MANY times. This worries me, if anything happened during the rental, I’ll have to deal with her and I really dunno if she’ll be any help at all. She seems to be a nice lady but she knows nothing about the unit when I ask her, not even where the parking space is. I feel bad for the owner who let the concord to manage his rental. They lost their chances coz of poor management.

the concierge lady jas is extremely awful ! i can't believe she is concierge manager of the building . Her attitude is the worst. Every time when i ask her any information, she acted like i was asking a stupid question to my boss. When i first moved in she had problem with two delivery guys, and also told me can't setup buzz number which i found out later was a lie. Besides, most of time when i pickup the parcel, she acts very impatient and sometimes just don't want to check it at all. i only tell a small portion of how terrible she is, if you are considering renting this unit, just be careful, my friend.

Jas is the worst human I have ever interacted with. She has the absolute worse attitude even when nothing wrong is being done. She pushes the rules past what is even stated and just makes living here a horrible time. She ruins my gf’s mood on a weekly basis. Strata needs to do something about it.

Jas is the worst front desk lady I have ever known. She gives people dirty look whenever she feels like it. We booked the elevator and the date for moving out. She didn’t let my moving truck park in front of the building and yelling at me to ask me to move. After all of this drama, she even unlocked my booked elevator on purpose. I would give a 0 star if there is an option, only because of her rudeness. I don’t know why the company would hire someone like her.

This is a brand new building yet there are already a myriad of issues that do not make the high mortgage or rental rates worth it. 1. Although the building is still less than 2 years old, there are already signs of age and numerous deficiencies because of improper construction practices in the common areas and individual units. This greatly affects living standards here when homeowners are constantly receiving notices in personal mailbox or the common communication boards to expect delays or interruptions in using amenities or things in their own units. 2. Number One may be easily forgiven if they had professional customer service. The concierge, Jas, who is there mostly in afternoons and evenings, acts impatient when providing service, and is not friendly in a field that requires high levels of customer service. There have already been multiple reviews about her and I am surprised no disciplinary action has occurred yet. 3. The amenities offered are cramped into small rooms barely bigger than the living/dining room of some of the units themselves, and are all shared by 300 plus units that results in either really cramped spaces in the fitness room pre-COVID, or huge restrictions such as booking way in advance, paying a large fee to use, or being open limited hours during the day. This tower doesn't reflect the high standard of living promised by Concord Pacific and with more competitive projects being offered close to Skytrains or other public transportation hubs, it will be better to look elsewhere.

We stayed in this apartment for about two months. The location is perfect! Love that this building is also very close to lots of parks and the neighbourhood is quiet. Really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a short term rental in Vancouver.
