M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice italian garden. Peaceful place. Overpriced rental units. Very nice neighborhood. Very close to bus station. Convenient location for public transportation. There really is a boxelder bug issue. A lot of noise comes from Granville Street. Balconies are not usable due to boxelder bug population both in summer and winter. There must be a convenience store or a small market opened near that area because grocery stores or supermarkets around are overpriced chains such as Choices, Safeway and Save on Foods.

Cheap appliances that constantly break. Poorly built and even worse property management. Would definitely not recommend.
K	Ken Gardner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unique complex of studio, one, and two-bedroom rental apartments, and townhomes, around a nice little park and the Shannon Mansion. A Pharmasave and TLC Medical walk-in clinic are on the property. Starbucks, Safeway, and a number of other businesses are within walking distance. Although some units face Granville Street, most are in quieter locations. There is a small playground in the park.
I	Ian Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managers here think they own the building lol so rude and they talk down on tenants. Used to live there and never had good experience with those people. Don’t rent this place just because the garden looks beautiful.
M	Matt Fernets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beetle infestation in my Granville facing unit. Often find beetles in my bed and have had them fall onto my head from the ceiling. From other reviews and what I see in the gym it seems to be a building wide issue. One of the two main elevators on south side of the building has been out of service since I moved in January (End of March now) Expensive utilities, the QMC company your forced to sign up with upon moving in charges me more than other utilities I’ve dealt with in the past. Currently paying $1850 for a small one bedroom. Which is somewhat reasonable for Vancouver.
P	Pejman AT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really hard time with this company. The first night that they delivered the key to us and we went to the unit, there were bugs and cockroaches in every corner of the unit even inside the dishwasher. They told us they already had two treatments and they are going to resolve the issue. They never notified us before delivering the key. Due to health and mental concerns for our family we decided to cancel the contract and the company penalized us for a full month of rent. In addition, do not expect a professional and reasonable customer service.
J	Jessica Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service over the phone. I called to inquire about wedding photos being allowed and Marc spoke to me in such a rude tone. I wanted to know if the Shannon Wall center was available for bookings, and he proceeded to reply that there was no such thing as a Shannon Wall center. As your job of a representative of this palce, it would have been nice for you to tell an inquiring customer what it's called, why bookings aren't allowed and we can just move on with our day. Instead, he made me feel like I was dumb and wasting my time for even calling. For such a beautiful place, it surely has a negative approach for customer service. What a shame.
