β β β β β This clinic is a scam, do not fall for it. They claim your MSP card isn't valid, make you pay to speak to the doctor and then don't refund you. Refuse to allow you to speak to manager. Please take the time to confirm with MSP your PHN is valid and do not fall for this scam.

β β β β β I just discovered TLC Medical, and I'm really happy that I did. The receptionist is very helpful, and she always answers the phone promptly. During the pandemic, they are offering phone and telemedicine appointments whenever practical.
They are right next door to Pharmasave, which has an excellent pharmacy and post office. There is free parking on 57 Avenue, and a spot is usually available fairly nearby.
TLC Medical is currently accepting new patients.

β β β β β Their website welcomes new patients registration but Doctor: Fatemeh Nasiri selects patients on purpose. Do not recommend this clinic. Waste of time to get registration but end up not accepting new patients. What a scam.

β β β β β My Partner just used this clinic. Awful experience. All she needed was an injection of medication. The Doctor, wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt, didn't know what he was doing and had to leave the room to figure out how to use the needle. Reception was rude and made her feel uncomfortable. When she arrived there was no one there, yet they wanted her to go home and book an appointment online. Its a walk in clinic.... TLC is an extremely unprofessional environment and I would avoid at all costs.

β β β β β Never ever again. Dr. Mona Nasiri was awful. No knowledge. No behavior. Poor listening skill. Her answer to my questions was I don't know these things do the research yourself.
Never go to her. It is waste if time.

β β β β β I had multiple bad experiences at this specific location, but the other TLC Medical location in Highgate Mall in Burnaby was great. The process to set up an appointment online is not user friendly. There were scheduling conflicts that resulted from this and I received a very unprofessional phone call from the doctor.
When I got to see the doctor, my questions were never directly answered. The doctor constantly rushing to his next patient, so forget about any additional questions. If you have any additional questions, you will be told to schedule another appointment. Who are you helping if you treat patients like this?
I didn't want to leave a review, but I received a reminder I have an appointment with the doctor today. It's Saturday, they're not open on the weekends. Why am I receiving a reminder when they're closed?
I do not want another unpleasant phone call from the doctor telling me I missed my appointment.
