★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent customer service from Mike! I was quite nervous about the asbestos testing. I called Mike to ask about pricing and the general process. I was still worried so I put it off for a month. I called Mike again one month later and asked more questions. He was very patient and explained everything to me. He really calmed me down and made me feel better about the whole process. When he came to take the samples for the test, he did it efficiency, marked it clearly, and cleaned up everything. He called me back in 2 days to tell me that he received the lab results and e-mailed the report to me right away. The BEST customer service I've received in a long time! I highly recommend Mike.
