Floor plan is terrible, the bedroom is not parallel, difficult to insert furniture

This place is terrible. The air here smells downright toxic. The condos are surrounded by factories and processing plants. Even with the windows closed, the unit fills up with these smells and gives you a constant headache.

Floor plan: ⭐️⭐️ Some of the units are not parallel, will be difficult to choose proper furniture to fit in Convenience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super close to everywhere Smell/ Noise: ⭐️ Surrounding factories cause a mix of annoying smells. Always buses horn sound and skytrain noise. Air: ⭐️ Very large windows in room but can only open a bit, which heat up the room especially during summer and heat wave? Strata: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very friendly staff and always remind residents to pickup their parcels.

Very convinent. Central location in Metro Vancouver. Easy access to skytrain station, shops, restaurants without leaving the complex. Friendly caretaker.

I would give this place a minus 10 if I could. It doesn’t even deserve this one star. I know nobody really cares about our complaints or reviews, because they just don’t even listen, but I will still leave my review here. To whoever that considers buying or renting this place: stop thinking of that. This place is just surrounded by a variety of noises, and by variety, I mean at least 100. I’m not exaggerating, there’s always a new noise that surprises you by waking you up either in the midnight or 5am in the morning EVERY DAY! My list here can go on forever: The super loud screeching sound that almost pierces your eardrums from the garbage station at 5 am EVERY morning. The garbage trucks that start roaming around at 5 am EVERY morning. The constant high-pitch noise from the cineplex building that STARTS at 11 pm EVERY Night. Construction vehicles motors making huge noise at 12am. Beeping sounds from garbage vehicles going on at 5am. Random muffled motor noises from unknown sources that ALWAYS go on at around 3AM in the MORNING. Noise of chainsaws, drills and banging sounds coming from the plants across that always last until 1AM. And this is not anywhere near the end of the list. I’m not going to name every single one of them, but this morning at 5 am I was waken up by the loud noise of a high pressure water truck, which has been going on till now. Did I have my windows closed? YES, it’s just that any of those noises can penetrate the poor insulation system of the building, even if you are very high up. I live near the 20th floor but the noise always sounds like it’s right next to you, how sweet!
