Seems so peaceful once you are inside. The wall and trees seem to block the noise from the traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst property management company in Vancouver, charge us 500$+ for month and do not do anything , some good property management company in Cambie only charge 400$+ per month and includes hot water fees and etc. When there are some problem happened, they will do nothing to solve this problem expect say we can not do anything, you(the buyer) should solve the problem by ourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible property management. When they’re renting the units they are really nice and smooth talk, but once you have moved in they work like doing you a favor. Suzanne is very unprofessional too. During the walk through I wondered why I needed to clean inside of the washing machine when she charged us few dollars because of that (it wasn’t dirty and it wasn’t on their list of things to clean) she threatened me saying that she would take us to court! just because I was questioning her. Super rude and unprofessional. They also told us they sent the safety deposit cheque on a certain day but when we received the envelope it showed they had sent it only after we called them asking for it. Crazy! Besides them, this is quite a nice location but they keep increasing their prices and units are small. Beware before renting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would’ve given 0 stars is possible. This condominium has an awful management, unprofessional staffs act in a condescending and disrespectful manner. They took a year to complete a simple request about water leaking on the outside of the building, and months for a broken microwave. Yet the management fee is absurdly high.
Staffs patrol all the time just to pick on home owners for whatever little harmless things they see and interfere your completely ordinary private usage of storage space that is similar to everyone else, and blow dirt and dust into your private garage instead of actually doing anything meaningful such as preventing people from trespassing properties. This property’s only value is its location, the property management is nothing more than disturbing.
