E	Edwin Luyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got no choice but to order in this location since it’s along the way to my workplace. But seriously? I found inconsistency every single time. Always ordered extra shot, sometimes it’s bitter sometimes too sweet. I also always ask for extra caramel drizzle. Please use your measuring cup!!! Coffee for almost 7 bucks not worth it. It’s not always full too. Why would I pay for a venti when you are giving grande size in a Venti Cup!!

It's a workplace where you see all employees happy to serve the public. Unfortunately, today when I came in at the Marine Gateway location I experienced the worst service ever at Starbucks. The barista name SAM was not pleasant at all. She didn't acknowledge me or the other customers not call out who's drink is ready. This is the only staff I've ever encountered that didn't even say thank you but instead rolled her eyes after she gave my beverage. I hope the management will take action to this matter. I'm my opinion SAM should be stationed in the backroom where no one can see her. I feel that it's not fair for the other employees who work hard in making sure of customer satisfaction. It's disappointing to walk in expecting the awesome service I always get and have one employee ruin the vibe. Thank you for your time?

Unlike other coffee shops I was met with a kind and patient attitude with my somewhat unusual requests and she made some great recommendations for me to try. I really appreciate the great service here!

Nice little seating area inside and outside, couple steps away from the bus station. The sandwich in the picture is Turkey panini with pesto, so yummy.
S	Steven L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the only coffee shop on Granville stretch it gives pretty good service. Mostly staffed by the younger Safeway staff. It is standard Starbucks. They do however clean the tables more and also replace them. That's the only thing I think they really need to improve on.

I used to order via app and ask with no ice option but when I’m there to pick up my order there’s always 1/3 cup of ice. But the last drop was when barista told me to order late next time instead of espresso to have no ice. Excuse me?! Instead of removing ice from the drink you recommend me to order another beverage with less espresso shots and just add them for additional payment to have basically the same drink??
