T	T D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t do substitutions at this company. Pretty sad. You’d think in 2021 they would be capable of switching one add on for another, but nope. They follow a strict “recipe”. Don’t come here. Go to coco across the street, they do substitutions.

I went in and lined up and when it was my turn the staff said he couldn’t take my order because of a mess in the kitchen. I would had to come back in 30 minute. The girls in front of us were able to order but not us. We were the last ones arrived at the store. I will not go back anymore.

I ordered a warm mashed taro green tea latte with pearls and a cane jade tea. The taro drink was so comforting on a rainy day, while the cane jade tea was super refreshing and has a natural sweetness to it. This is now my go to bubble tea spot and would definitely visit again soon.

Recently, YiFang opened up another location of their popular Taiwainese fruit tea shops. This location is upstairs, near the Neptune Palace Seafood restaurant. We’ve been here before and really appreciate their fruit teas. On this visit, we ordered the Mango Passionfruit Fruit Tea ($7.25) and the Mango Pomelo Sago Slush ($7.95) which are quite refreshing on a hot summer day… and they came in these cute Doraemon cups.
M	Mina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good selection of drinks with or without boba. They tasted so fresh and we really enjoyed it. The staff are super friendly and the service was fairly good. The matcha boba tea was very good, even for someone who is not a fan of matcha.
A	Anne CZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a wide selection of drinks. I ordered the Yi Fang Fruit Tea with agar jelly with no ice and 50% sugar. It was pretty good and the agar jelly paired nicely with the drink. The person who helped me out I think may have been new as they didn't have the answers to my questions. I asked them what their most popular drinks are that are just fruit teas and they pointed to the lattes, I asked what their wifi password was and they didn't know the store had wifi and when they asked another worker, they told me to look around the store and it should be somewhere on the wall. The atmosphere inside I would say is quite inviting. However, their washroom was quite dirty and there was no one else in the store at the time so it wasn't due to them not having time to tend to the washroom. I think I would give this place a try again since their menu items do interest me but hopefully, they do not disappoint the next time.
W	William on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space here is probably the biggest I've seen compared to all other yifang branches. Staff were really nice and we got to try the new egg waffle thing that came out. It's super chewy and tasty. Usually love getting the winter melon lemon but I went with grape tea this time. Would recommend winter melon lemon still.
K	Kelsey Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 drinks for pick-up from UberEats. I was waiting in the Marine Drive parking lot and the app told me my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived, the drinks were not ready, and I had to wait another 5 minutes. When I got my drinks, I noticed the quality of the plastic cups and the drinks holder (the tray to hold many drinks) was very flimsy and was hard to carry. Please be careful when holding your drinks! It wasn't like this last time I came, so they must have recently updated their supply. Aside from my experience, the drinks itself were yummy. I appreciated the recommended sugar levels in the app to help guide your decision.
