Ordered Fresh taro QQ milk tea. Ask if i can switch the black milk tea to jasmine milk tea. The price rises from $6.8 to $8. That’s fine. Drink tastes good. But ends up finding something in my drink. Don’t really know what is it.

Nice clean place. Expect a wait because they can be quite popular. Lots of variety to choose from. Not enough seats considering the lines. This is what I consider a typical bubble tea shop, being a chain, but it seems well organized and the person talking our order was nice. You can customize sugar and amount of ice after choosing your flavor. Tastes good. I recommend the roasted milk tea flavor. Also the Grapefruit yakult was excellent. The Brown sugar milk with pearls was great with nice chewy boba, not too hard with a good bounce.

Where do I even begin... CoCo is not my usual bubble tea place, but out of convenience, I decided to get drinks for a family gathering. The usual process of ordering and paying was fine until after waiting for 15 minutes for my 5 drinks, I found out that they lost my order. While the person who took my order did not give me a receipt, thankfully my Google Pay app was able to show them the transaction time and amount. You'd think that in this day and age merchants can look up transactions in their POS system and identify the orders placed in the system, rather than in the old days of taking orders on tiny pieces of paper that can easily be misplaced and mixed up. But no... when I inquired about the drinks that I already paid for, 30 minutes ago by now, the person behind the counter had absolutely no idea. Ok, that's fine; mistakes happen. "Would you please look into your transactions to find my order? Here's the transaction amount to help you. No?" How about look through all the receipts/tickets that spat out of your cash register? No?" After an agonizing 10 additional minutes, we had to re-place the entire order and wait another 10 mins for the drinks. *sigh* All that aggravation for bubble teas. And I included a tip in my payment. Brutal! Worth it? A resounding "No".

I ordered the avocado milkshake with pearls. While i was sipping the drink, this thing came out together. It’s way too hard to chew. I don’t think it’s uncooked pearls. It is definitely something else. This hard powder ruined my drink. I had to throw the whole drink away after couple sip.

There is no teamwork at this location. It is always filthy. The walls have stale drip marks. I know this can happen on a daily but these are not new.. and if it is.. wouldn't you clean it up to present a clean shop? The shelf above all the bubble tea machines is absolutely filthy.. you can see the dust and dust strands/old webs. But the most disgusting part is the associated. One guy in particular. Potentially a manager? He's a tall and husky Asian man. Seems to have authority was yelling "it is what it is" with an employee in the back. While there was a line up of people waiting to order. Mind you our drinks were ready and sitting there near the machines. All while the cashier was dealing with the line and an order mistake(real mvp). The only job the husky Asian associate(managment?) did was put the cups in the machine for the lid, take it off and set it aside. Not give it to customers. Not to help his associate working the till. He would just stand in between the front and back or keep talking to staff member in the back room. His only job is to put the cups in the machine. We watched our drinks sit there for 5 minutes while the busy till associate was doing his best with no support from his co workers. Which they also use the old sitting space and their chill hangout zone. Nothing about this place is professional. My last visit was the most uncomfortable and my last visit to this location. Also, start taking cash. Covid should not be an excuse anymore. Laziness sure.

The worst service ever! We waited 30 minutes for 5 drinks and the when we asked where they were, they said we didn't order anything. We showed the receipt and they asked us to reorder again. The orders are on their computer system but they claimed that we still had to re- order. Then it took another 15 min to get the drinks (they prioritized other peoples drinks over ours) and they didn't apologize. We asked for our tip back($4) and they refused. The drinks tasted terrible. Too sweet when we order regular sweet and too much ice when we asked for regular ice. We've been here twice before with no incident but we'll never come back. There are so many other bubble tea places in Vancouver that are much better than the incompent service, attitude we recieved today. Edit: The owner replied with the same copy and paste response made by other reviewers. What about refunding me the tip that was given in good faith for prompt, friendly service? The drinks were terrible and the service even worse. Why bother replying to a review, owner, if you're only paying lip service to a dissatisfied customer instead of providing a refund or at least repaying the tip given in good faith. Take ownership of the mistake with actions rather than a cookie cutter excuse of "new staff" and provide a refund? If you want to entice disgruntled patrons to come back to your establishment, earn that second chance.
