★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the branch for a bank statement for my visa, first time, they didn’t give me stamps I had to go back again. Then afterwards I went to TNT across the street. When I returned to my car, they gave me a note saying that, the parking spots are for RBC clients only, my car will be towed at my own expense.
First of all, I am a RBC client.
Second, i came back because you guys can’t provide full service at once.
Anyway, it ruined my mood, such a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, terrible customer service, tellers that decide to rules on cheque deposits. I should have stuck to my other bank. Cancelling the account now, was going to bring over more product no thanks! It's too bad a good card like WestJet's sits with RBC what a lousy bank. You should honestly train your "staff" to have proper customer service skills that would help....reading the other reviews seems like exactly the same terrible service. Cancelling all my accounts with RBC. Thanks for nothing during COVID especially. You should all be ashamed at the level of customer service from not only your call centre to your in branch levels. Appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite RBC location that recently opened up, I always go here because it’s very roomy and there are a lot of bank tellers available. Betty especially is very nice and professional love her personality and how kind she is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady bank that trick people to signing up, don't fall for their apple deal! I never got my apple iPad and I did everything. Bankers are scammers and liars. Never will I do business with RBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience at this branch while making a PLC payment. I had no problems previously and no problems at the Fraser Branch. The 3 persons Simran, Gary Chen and Assistant Branch Manager James Chow refused payment and caused my PLC to be past due. I went to another branch and all solved. Avoid this snake branch.
