β β β β β Honestly, I am very impressed with the customer service at this store. I missed their delivery call, but the store (Eric) called me later to ensure I was reached so I wouldn't miss the drop off. It impressed me they followed up after leaving me a VM. I appreciated that. As it turned out the delivery men were on time (within the delivery window) and so professional that they were able to retrieve my old mattress from my bed WHILE my baby slept right there in his crib, next to the bed in the room. They were super quiet and fast. I also got a good price for my mattress (Sandy was great to work with at the store). I liked that I was able to pay for the whole purchase at my door upon delivery after putting down a deposit in the store. Because good customer service is hard to go by, I am letting you know you won't be disappointed at this store. I would definitely come here again.

β β β β β I purchase my bed last November 2019; after few months of using it; Iβve noticed there was a hole at the middle of the bed then I just put foam to cover it and at least stay for few days being comfortable; after few days itβs been like that and have a bigger hole on it. Due to my curiosity I open the Bed like surgery thing; I saw inside that the strings are apart. Then I tried to sew it myself to fix it hoping it would be good. Finally it was fix; after few days of using. Again! Same spot for the hole and could not sleep better!...

β β β β β If you want to make your mattress buying an amazing experience, I highly recommend speaking with Eric at this location. I was very pleased with Ericβs excellent customer service while being courteous, humble, polite and professional. Having all these qualities in one saleβs person is very rare however if you want to experience it yourself, speak with Eric when you are shopping for your next mattress and you will know what I am talking about. Erick goes above and beyond for all his clients and very customer centric person who always putβs himself in his customerβs shoes. Recently I purchased 2 mattresses from this location and Eric was the saleβs person I dealt with, I was completely blown away with the professionalism and advice I got from him in regards to looking at various options. I highly recommend consulting with Eric at this location for a 5 star mattress buying experience !

β β β β β Had one of the best buying experiences here thanks to Eric. Recently bought a mattress, box spring, frame, pillow and protector, could not be happier. Eric was very knowledgable and professional. He helped me pick out a mattress I would have never pick on my own and I'm loving it. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Bell was extremely knowledgeable, polite and understanding my needs in recommending mattresses that would be suitable for me.
She was extremely patient in suggesting and sharing different types for my liking. Besides choosing my mattress, I purchased pillows as well. Such a world of difference having the proper types of pillows to get a good night sleep! Sleep Country - one stop shop, I bought headboard and platform as well. I was in the store for over two hours, it was worth it to invest in getting restful sleep!

β β β β β Me and my husband had a great experience at this location thanks to Ricky. He was very patient with us and gave us recommendations on the mattress that was within our budget and the comfort we are looking for. We ended up buying more than just the mattress and are happy with the reclining base and bamboo sheet set as well. The delivery also went smoothly and items were delivered within 3 days.
