V	Verni Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using CIBC for 5 years now, in the past few months I withdraw $1400 for to pay rent every month, never had a problem with tellers from other branches. This teller who was supposed to be helping me, I gave her my photo ID, my debit card, and she calls her manager out of his office and told him that my signatures don't match from the ones they have on file. Accusations like this should not be made so lightly, CIBC needs to work on their training and the quality control of tellers and branches. Unpleasant experience. Thumbs down.

I was expecting to do things with a teller but this location has got no tellers and everything is done through a bank machine. After trying to do my withdrawal with no success I was told by the front desk lady that their systems are down and that I would have to go to another branch. Being that I was on my lunch break and now had to get back in my car and drive another 15 minutes to the other location I was quiet upset. I don't agree with locations like this removing their tellers and only going to bank machines as situations like this happen and could have been resolved had there been a teller on hand to offer some face to face customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

He kept calling me because he doesn't know what to do. He also complained about things the deceased should have done to make his work easier. It was incredibly disrespectful. Then, he started procrastinating to a point where my lawyer had to get involved. He finally did his work after weeks of delay. My account was passed to another advisor. I am giving them a 3 star because the new advisor was the absolute opposite. She was friendly and completed everything quickly and smoothly.

Any bank anywhere in the world that I have experienced has proven better than this CIBC. I would have given it a negative 10, were this rating available. It looks like many have had horrible experiences here based on the reviews. I am not surprised. Very dishonest, manipulative coercive business practices. Run away from such a branch as fast as you can, PLEASE!
P	Peter Lennon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 38 minutes on hold to CIBC and the operator told me I could go to this location and pick up a Cash (more than atm withdrawal limits). An hour of my day wasted driving there to find out that they only have an atm. Waste of time. I am closing my account tomorrow.

Suddenly within a few hours called and changed the rate with the excused that the upper manager didn't approve it!! I am really disappointed with the service!! DO NOT PROMISED something you can't deliver!! It is really showing how much u didn't care for your customers at all!!! They will sweet talk you and letting you know that they will help!! Donot go to this branch anymore!! Worst customer service ever!!
