Horrible service !! waiting forever. ZERO stars! Workers were keep chatting with each other. She got interrupted by another worker( what seems to be middle-aged manager or supervisor ) to stop helping me and deal with people in line. Unbelievable. Thanks for doing nothing.

The worst... they had three tellers sitting at the counter with only one open and a line up of 9 people. The line did not move for over 10 mins while the other two tellers make it a point not to look at the line and other clients. I walked out after 13 mins and not once did they address the wait or the line. As a local retail shop owner I was more than disgusted with them. I will not be back.

Friday nov22 at 500pm Notice the lady who works at the counter,Is she new or she does not want to work there?anyhow, she did not do a good job today because not only, I wasted a lot of time, but also not solve my Problem. I have been with cibc for over 8 years as a client, but after this I will make sure to change to other bank. I went to deposit my cheque-like always do at any cibc branch with no problem, but this particular branch located at 8450 granville Street was not a good desicion because not only the teller took a long time, she put a hold on my Company cheque and now I am not able to pay my bills on time. Usually they put a hold on cheques when the person is new to a company, which is not The case, (just the first cheque). I have more friends who have cibc accounts and have the very same issue. Please make sure to hire competent personal. Thank you

CIBC system was down, and nothing could've been done. The general manager Jason went above and beyond and personally stayed in touch with us and let us know the moment the system came back up. It was an unfortunate thing that happened, but Jason made the best out of it. Hats off to the great service.

The got rid of all their tellers. Now it's a "banking centre." ATM's only. Why have CIBC employ human tellers, when they can make the customer become their own teller, and work to access their own money? Billions in profits. ZERO customer service.

10/10!! In my experience, as a business owner, I require constant service and attention. I can tell you with 100% certainty this has the best customer service in town! The staff is extremely helpful and JASON, their branch manager is an absolute legend! That guy goes the extra mile every time. Thank you! A very happy customer!

I went there last month to fill up banking information regarding my early retirement/ looked -in vehicle form, I met with Jason (GM) who set up an appointment for me the following day. My meeting was with Sean Wen, a financial service representative, a young, professional and knowledgeable guy who took the time to go through my application package while explaining to me all the options available to me to choose from. I strongly recommend this branch.
