The kids didn't properly close an account and the tiny annual fees damaged my credit a lot. (Didn't receive correspondence until I was in delinquency).

Great place! We do all our business banking here and the staff are amazing. Jack the manager always looks after us well. This location is the only reason we are with TD.

Rude staff who profile and harass their clients over simple matters. The service was actually cancerous. Walked in and was accused by a specific staff member of going to great lengths to commit fraud on a $200 cheque for materials and travel from my boss even after the manager verified my cheque to be 100% legitimate. I was given no apology for them wasting my time or the false accusations. NEVER have I been treated like this by a bank. I will NEVER do business with TD again.

They have a good system for allowing people into branches though it might be frustrating if you have an emergency situation regarding your finances. I have been provided with accurate information and transactions have been processed on time. The staff are friendly and patient.

100% satisfied. Sincere, kind and efficient. I wish i have him all the time. Definitely, 1st class customer service I've ever experienced and that make me go back again.

No customer service rep on-site. Had to flag an employee inside her office to direct me to the my appointment upstairs after waiting a while. The kid helping me with had little knowledge along side his manager who phoned me after I left very disappointed and probably instructed the kid earlier. Waste of time coming here from the start to finish.

I went into the branch today, depositing a cheque which was certified from RBC. The teller advised there would a 5 day hold due to the amount, which I responded why would there be a hold if it is certified, has 2 signatures from the RBC representatives.. she spoke to her manager which repeated a 5 day hold and requested for the receipt from RBC which I provided. AFTER continued to say a 5 day hold due to her manager. If a member is going the extra step to pay for a cheque to be certified why do I need to keep vouching for myself when they should already release funds into my account? After continuing to say there shouldn't be a hold and ONLY when I said I am paying off my car they said they will release funds as a ONE time exception but moving forward there would be a 5 day hold. Terrible customer service!
