★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My school friends and I were stuck out in the blistering rain waiting for our incredibly late taxi to arrive and we were warmly greeted by the accountants whom had kindly let us stay inside. We were very well treated and they had made us feel very confortable by offering us water and engaging us in conversation. Although I was not customer, I felt safe in a time of distress and for that I am very grateful. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely horrified by the unprofessional behaviour of their branch “manager” Leo Lin. My spouse and I have been customers of RBC for several years and in those years we have been victims of fraud before. This past time I’m august was for almost 8,000$ yet Leo Lin refuses to do anything about it, ignores our calls and has held OUR OWN MONEY hostage and refuses to give us OUR OWN MONEY for over a MONTH!! The behaviour of Leo Lin and RBC is absolutely disgusting. You should trust that your money is safe in a bank yet RBC has stolen ours and refuses to do anything but punish us for THEIR lack of security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kan Wang of Rbc marpole offered me fantastic and speedy service. I was in an urgency to get bank document. He did it happily. I ask him to redo it two time. He did it within 29 minutes. Wow. Excellent customer service even though I keep much of my holding in Rbc. Very happy with this branch’s A+++ service. Hazel Balmes has also been offering me consistent friendly and great customer service over the past 8 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two complaints. My first would be the fact that I was saving money for weeks to save for Boxing Day only for them to restrict my card and mobile access just after a few purchases. Not only was my account restricted but I had no access for almost a whole week. My second complaint would be that I had my account setting wrong and they took hundreds of dollars from me. At least when I was with Bmo they sat down and talked to me about it and returned my money. I am a seasonal worker and came into money I wasn’t expecting
