★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there 3 times to open an account but they couldn’t gave me availability and asked me to come later it seems They don’t even care about to get a new client. It seems very disrespectful for a customer then I didn’t opened any account in hsbc and got a account from RBC . I think this hsbc branch don’t need anymore clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rita So is an excellent and responsible Premiere account manager at the branch. I do my banking with her, and I refer my family, friends & clients to her as well. She is a hard working banker. I disagree with downstair's rating of the manager is not good. The manager is decent, I have dealt with her over the years. She tries to be helpful. A little bit more smile on her face may help brighten clients' day though. I love this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For routine banking services, they get the job done. But the only reason why I still bank with HSBC is that they are global. If you are serious about growing your wealth, take your money elsewhere and diversify.

Pretty large branch and very clean.
Teller was pretty efficient and smart enough to figure which account I wanted to deposit to. Experience was pretty positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed that the manager was NOT wear a mask on the floor (fine... she was but on her ear only, mask is NOT a earring) in the middle of the global pandemic. That does not make customer feel safe at all. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go this branch to waste time, especially the teller supervisor or manager so mean to people, no any customer service at all, just go 5 minutes away the branch at the 41st, much much better than this branch !
