Not only are they professional but accommodating, safe and clean. I feel I am qualified to make this statement as I partially amputated two toes a few years ago and they kindly helped keep my nails growing in safely by warding off ingrown nails and infection. They also created toe nail extensions that hid my serious injuries for the upcoming summer sandal season. My plastic surgeon even commented on their excellent foot care. The team also does my manicures every 3 weeks and continue to try out new trends, techniques and design. I simply can't say enough good things about them!

I had made the mistake of going to a cheaper salon and one week later they saved my nails from terrible damage caused by moisture under the nails that had started to yellow. I have been going to this salon monthly ever since. I have acrylic fingernails (usually French manicure); they use top quality products from CND (Creative Nails). For the French manicure they use white powder acrylic and very natural pinks and are skilled at shaping almond, round or square tips. Many salons paint on white over acrylic and it will yellow. Mine do not. In 15 years I’ve had few repairs, almost always because I’ve caught the tip on something. In all these years I’ve seen professional results for myself and the client leaving before me. I’m amazed at how many people think these are my own nails and because I keep a “sport” length, I seem to get more compliments at 3 weeks later, even though they are growing out. They have so many colours to choose if you’re looking for a gel set or regular polish.

When I came home, noticed that length of my left hand nails are shorter that the right hand one and when I showed them to her this week, she only suggested that she can make the other hand shorter, while i wanted to make the other hand longer and she refused to do that. Also, she injured two of my fingers during the manicure session. I showed them to her right away and She did not apologize for it! So it was a painful manicure session as well.

Very professional. My nails feel way better then how they felt from the last place I went. Very satisfied, especially with how they treated me. Definitely felt pampered.

This time I came in to remove acrylic nails and do gel polish, it was a different lady, she did not do gel polish and colour is uneven and not looking good, it looks really bad, and she charged it $50 dollars for it which for the job she did it does not cost this! I’m so disappointed!
