★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there 2 months and enjoyed the proximity to essential stores and the skytrain. The staff solved my inquiries and help me when I need it.
I recommend GEC for every student arriving to vancouver.
By the way my husky gives them a 5-star review! (Not easy to find pet-friendly apartments for big dogs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived at Marine Gateway for about 2 months. It’s fully furnished with pretty decent furniture and appliances. The building has a secured access, as well as you can only access your floor so you don’t have disturbance from persons from wherever coming onto your floor.
Neighbors are also pretty quiet.
