★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving one star cause I can't give none. Went with a friend to buy a knife upstairs, then exited thru the bottom main floor. When exiting one of the staff singled out my friend to see his receipt for the knife we had just purchased. She had been eyeing him since we entered. She cited store policy as a reason to need to see the receipt, but didn't do that to the couple who had walked out before us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A piece of my car was stolen when I got my car serviced at the Canadian Tire Auto Center. It was a cosmetic piece that wasn't needed for functionality, but it made the car look good. I noticed it was gone instantly after getting my car back from them and asked them about it. But they did not take responsibility for it. I asked for security footage but the only footage they had was so grainy that it was useless as evidence. I asked them to take responsibility for it but they refused(even after I spent $1400 on service there). I then went to other body shops to get a new piece and they all said it was on backorder and very difficult to get right now. Very suspicious. Very annoyed at Canadian Tire.

I made an appointment with the shop over the phone, was able to put a set of winter tires (that were on sale) on hold for my appointment, and was given an exact quote for the products/labour that was completed in 1.5 hours. Really happy with the smooth service, accurate pricing, and overall quality. Canadian Tire also offers the best tire protection warranty that I’ve yet to encounter. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!
