Even the smallest returns are scrutinized which doesn't reflect well. There is also a price match policy which is good!

L	L Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Marine Drive and Ontario Steet store. What a pleasant customer service. We were pushed around by the other two stores in Richmond such as "no, we cannot accept other store rain cheques", or "the rain cheques are good for 30 days, no extension". This Marine Drive store has a lot of inventory, accept other stores' rain cheques. The cashier and the manager were polite and friendly. Keep up with the good customer service please especially in this stressful period of the economy. People deserve to be treated well and vice verses.

Service was great! Store has a big great selection of products that I don’t get where I live. I was really satisfied with the service and store layout. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible with elevators.
D	Dhanis A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my multiple visits here this far only Filipino workers are the one actually working and helping people, you ask them where they will guide you where and how to find stuff you are looking for. others are just casually working and play with their phone, when you ask them about anything they will say I don't know, I am new and other stuff.
B	Bee Dub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE Canadian Tire! Lots of ample parking everywhere and they also have a good selection of live plants at this one but not as good as Cambie. What I really liked about this location is that they have their patio/outdoor furniture setup and on display. This way you can test out the furniture to see if it’s what you were envisioning online. The other CTs don’t really do this so this one was great for that. One thing though is this one doesn’t have any self checkout stations and there was a huge lineup and only one person jumped on to another cashier to help the one cashier for the longest time. I’m a fan of self checkouts for this reason.
