★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantu and Scott Drummond have gone above and beyond and I feel I need to share this story.
I ordered all Phyrich accessories for my 3 bathrooms and I love them all except the Toilet Paper Roll holder. I forwarded my thoughts on the poor design to Scott who contacted Phyrich directly.
To my surprise Phylrich took my comments and have now redesigned the mounting brackets for this TP holder and are sending out 3 of these newly designed brackets to me. I can't wait to see the new design.
Thank you Cantu, Phylrich and specifically Scott.

These products complete the look of the homes we build and our clients are never disappointed. 2 years ago we had the pleasure of working with Cantu to a build a booth for the Luxury Home and Design Show. We won the award of best booth at the show along side Interior Designer Catherine Adams. We would recommend Cantu products to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High end retail outlets can often be intimidating what with high price tags and surly salespeople. Not at Cantu.
We bought over $10K in Vola products from Cantu in December 2020. In March 2021 the work on the restoration of our bathroom to its mid-century glory began and was completed by mid-April 2021. For the sink drain we were told by our salesperson that we required a slip joint extension tube that was sold by one of their suppliers, not Vola.
Recently, we had an urgent plumbing issue related to the slip joint that required a new part. We dealt with Maxwell Azuma who contacted the supplier. Unfortunately, the supplier stated that the part was no longer under warranty.
After a brief discussion, Maxwell took ownership of the case and resolved all our concerns to our satisfaction. The manner and alacrity with which he addressed our concerns was beyond our expectations.
His professionalism and customer care was without equal and authentic. It is by far, the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. Clearly the young man has professional integrity and pride in the quality of customer care he provides to his customers.
Cantu is not cheap, but you pay for what you get. We will continue to use Cantu for our bathroom and hardware needs. Now we have another reason to go to Cantu—for unparalleled customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give a hearty shout-out to Cantu, who helped me source a hard-to-find spare part for my shower, even though I didn't purchase it from them. And even better, they were able to get the manufacturer to supply it without cost! Max was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful; and when I visited their showroom, I was really impressed by the space and the amount of beautiful fixtures on display. Pay them a visit - you won't regret it!
