But some staffs were very rude for seniors who visitor for tests. One senior brought expired requisition and can’t understand about that. But no body didn’t try explain nicely about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going for a blood exam you better never step into this lab. The service is terrible and the staff literally hurts you when taking blood out of you. They're usually quite rude not only with the way they talk to you but the way they treat you. My wife had a pretty swollen arm from last time and it wasn't different the previous times. Also, it doesn't seem to be much different to from other LifeLabs branches. The young asian lady with glasses is extremely rude and it is clear that she must hate her job and customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses needs to be trained. She put needle twice without locating the blood vessel and reinserted again in one of my arm. Finally she was able to locate the vessel in other arm. Never trust the wait time here. Only plus point of this location is lots of parking spot. I will never come to this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location about a year ago because my wife needed bloodwork done. The nurse who helped her (South Asian lady, unfortunately didn't get her name) was great; not only was she very understanding and patient with my wife's fear of needles, she was also very skillful (found the vein on first try, and completed the blood draw swiftly). This location (and the LifeLabs on Fraser) are our go-to places. Highly recommend especially to anyone who has a hard time with needles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really poor experience here. Went in for a Holter monitor and arrived exactly at my appointment time. I had to email the req and overheard the tech say "If she doesn't have it within 15 minutes I'm not doing it". To which they received it in less than a minute. She was incredibly rude with terrible bedside manner - barely acknowledged me and spoke down to me. Thankfully I work in healthcare and also have had holters so I knew what she needed from me. Incredibly unprofessional. I'm also young and can follow directions very well but felt even worse for some of the seniors there who we being very harshly redirected. No one deserves this type of experience when seeking healthcare. It is shameful.
Amendment: I was contacted by lifelabs later in the day to inform me that NO DATA was retrieved from my monitor so I have to make a new appointment and do it all again. ?Incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was speechless with my experience today at this life lab location. I have already done my blood test , but they forgot to do 1 of the 3 blood test. As a result, I have to make time to comeback again and get another painful shot. I was already very unhappy with their carelessness and unprofessional service and they told me that I still have to pay $20 (the test) for their mistake.

You have stand in front of at least five members of public who are sitting waiting their turn. There, you get questioned on your phone number, address, date of birth and name. You will be also asked some medical information. No privacy whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here every time I need bloodwork, and it's excellent. The staff here are friendly, and has expert skills at drawing blood. So it's painless. The wait is manageable, depending on when you arrive. Anyways, you can go have a coffee or shop around if you have to wait.
