A	Anita L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PCR TEST SAME-DAY. This is a lie. I waited all night through till 4AM with no result. If you have a flight the next day, you can pretty much guarantee you'll miss it. My flight is at 9:10AM and I would definitely miss it if I continued to wait for the result. MY LAST-MINUTE STRATEGY Doubled downed and booked a 1-hour PCR test with Bon Voyage Medical at YVR airport ($500 CAD) to get into South Korea. To get into USA layover, I also booked a 30-minute Antigen test with CVM Medical at YVR airport ($90). Total COVID test costs racking up to almost $1,000 but I am determined enough to go on my vacation.

I literally was on the phone with one of your people asking them which item to select, and they directed me to one particular item. I then purchased it, only to learn that she told me to purchase the wrong item. Within 15 minutes called and spoke to somebody and they told me there was nothing they could do and all sales are final. I then spoke to Juliana who said she is the most senior person at the company and that the owner would not call me back. I’ve since disputed the charge with my credit card company and refused the item upon delivery. To be clear, I was asking for a virtual covid test, and she directed me to an actual Covid test that was shipped to my home. I’ve tried numerous times to reach someone at the company, including the owner, and no one will get back to me. They’re far better companies to work with in Vancouver! Ones that own their mistakes and make it right for their repeat customers (which we were)!

It took three times for me to request it until I was finally called back and then was met by a person on the phone who suggested that they have information on line. This was upsetting since I requested a call back for a reason. I wanted some clarity on things. But after this encounter, I rather go directly to the airport for our rapid test and pay $79 and get the results needed for my travel. And the airport comonay was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone.

Had a very small window of opportunity for testing as I work full time and this cancellation has been very stressful. Full refund but hardly helpful at a time of deadlines. It appears they closed the whole testing site down. I can understand this but surely they could address their shut down better than 24 hours notice?? Will not trust this company again. . .
P	Paula pm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking an appointment and payment so intuitive. Plenty of reminders so you dont miss the date. Easy to locate. No queues, and you are done in 5 minutes. Results are given the next day by email at latest, by evening/night (book best 24-48 h in advance). The two women who attended me, very kind, attentive, very professional.

One would think that when you're paying for a service, the company could at least get their information correct. The pharmacist was great once I got in! I would not recommend Rockdoc as a company - would give it zero stars if I could.

I called costumer service they called me back and answered all my questions patiently. When I came for my appointment it was fast & efficient. They work really professional. Well done! ?

The staff are extremely friendly, the testing process is very efficient and the results are delivered on time if not earlier than expected. As an added bonus, their booking system is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. Could not recommend Rockdoc more.
