I went on Jan 6 with my parents, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I am actually quite annoyed and frustrated at the situation. My brother's friend tested Positive and advised him to get tested. He has been too sick to drive there himself and he was isolating in his room, hence he did not want to drive my parent's car there. My friend also told me that his co-worker tested positive, and I should get tested since we had dinner together. Since I live with my parents and we dine together, it's best they get tested too. On that day, I waited 30 minutes or so to get to the booth where the woman at the window DENIED us of the testing kits. She said our symptoms don't look SEVERE enough to get the testing kits. I thought people can be positive without symptoms? Then I told her my friend's coworker tested positive, so I should get tested as well. She said, well, I should wait for my friend to get tested first, if he is positive, THEN I should come back and get the testing kit. I cannot force my friend to go get tested, so should I wait and isolate myself for the time being, or should I go on with my daily life? I am sure there are people in my case who will just go out in public and dine since she told them to wait. I think this is how the virus spreads so fast. Then I asked her if I can get at least 1 kit for my brother to test and she still denied me. She said no matter how sick he is, he should be the one driving here to get the kit himself. Are we really that low on resources that we can't afford to give out testing kits when people who suspect they are positive actually requests for them? I finally understand why this virus is spreading so quickly now.

Went today around 9:00 AM. In and out in less than an hour. Staff were friendly and efficient. Got two rapid tests for me and my wife (both if us in the vehicle).

Arrived to wait in line at 11 pm the night before, since I had heard of 5 hour waits during the day. The facility opened 1.5 hours late (9:30 instead of 8). Upon entry, I was informed that they are only offering take-home rapid tests, and that PCR is not available. Then I proceeded into another line. Finally, I was simply given the kit. No ID card check. This is an extremely inefficient means for distribution. Why not give them out for free at pharmacies, or by mail? In the US, they are distributed at Walgreen's and other places. Why sit in a car for hours just to pick up the kit? On my way home, I passed by the test centre at 33rd. There, the lineup was many blocks long, two lanes wide, and not moving. Some cars were giving up. A police officer told me they were only giving out rapid tests as well. Oh well.

Wait time estimates available online. On arrival, check-in at drive-thru booth, given a card with arrival time, brief intake questions. Then queue for drive-thru tent. First stop, yell out Personal Health Number, birthday, and address. Second stop, yell out symptoms or rationale for COVID-19 testing. Third stop, step off vehicle for testing next to the nurse's window. Provided BCCDC handout for result navigation. Results within 2 days.

Went to get tested on 1/8/2022, arrived at 8:05 to 1km line of cars. The line moved quickly however, and I was in and out by 9:05, so just an hour. They’re only giving out rapid tests right now. They have folks directing traffic and everything flowed smoothly. Directions were clear an professional.

As of Jan. 18, 2022, B.C. has updated its testing guidelines. This COVID-19 testing site is now implementing new testing criteria. This testing site will offer you a test if you have symptoms and belong to certain high risk groups. Please check before going.

Been here 4 times throughout covid. Wait times weren't that long. So it was nice. Went today (Jan. 4) at 8:30am. Wait time was about an hour. When we got to the front, it said rapid test only. We weren't given an option like the other reviewer. After getting them, we saw people doing the PCR test. I guess they didn't have enough people to do it or they couldn't process any more tests. We got two kits, BUT 1 kit was missing the actual rapid test (green package) and only had the swab and solution! Wait times online are useless. It says not available at this time so expect at least an hour long wait just for rapid tests.
