She has short temper and very poor communication skills I heard her yell at client today who got in for COVID test without previous appointment.

β β β β β They do not give detailed instructions which causes delays and frustrations. They told me I can drop off my urine sample at any life lab within the same day, what they failed to tell me was it should be within an hour, otherwise, I need to refrigerate it. Now I need to skip an appointment to make sure I get my sample in before they close. They also rush to closeβ¦ thereβs a reason why no one goes here.

β β β β β I have been going to this lab site for a long time, at least over two decades. In my years of going there, I have always found the staff to be polite, helpful and efficient - despite often dealing with sometimes difficult clients and situations. The staff always act very professionally towards me and those who are there at the same time. Always seem able to solve the myriad of problems that comes their way. The senior staff do a wonderful job assisting newcomers as well. Thanks.

β β β β β EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful staff! Front desk was rude to begin with, then the lady who does the bloodwork made my most painful experience ever!! Literally couldnβt use my arm for almost an hour because of the pain. Iced on and off for over half an hour right away but still badly bruised afterwards, and still painful even on the 3rd day. This is more than a waste of time. Pick elsewhere if you can!
lifelabs really needs to pull their s**t together for better services and staff training. Yes, bad weather may lead to early closures - but at least notify those who come all the way despite the same bad weather for their test booked and sample they took!

DONβT COME!!!!
Extremely rude and untrained staff. Def the worst pain Iβve ever experienced for a blood draw.
Plus an attitude out of no where.
Let alone early closure even without notice, came back with sample to a closed door, leaving sample expired.
Do not waste your time here.

I walked in this morning, not knowing it is by appointment only... I was asked if I had appointment booked, my answer was no, then after minute or two I was told they are all booked for today, receptionist not even looking at the screen!!! At home after only couple of minutes walk I went online, and surprise(!) at least few appointments available to book today... go figure this attitude. So I booked tomorrow afternoon, the same place, read few interesting reviews here, and cancelled my appointment right away. This is my first negative review ever, places like this one should go out of business!

β β β β β It's interesting that people online give either 5 stars or 1 star make this lab landed right in the middle.
I visited this lab in Mar. 2022. Due to a miscommunication made on another lab, we aren't able to make an appointment for the blood sample for the travel next day. I was very worried about my trip and walked in this life lab. After knowing my situation, they agreed to take my sample when there's a gap between appointments. I waited for less than an hour and got my sample done. Very professional and thanks a lot for the help.
