★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time to get my bloodwork done here. It's one of the best service Lifelab. I'll be doing all my bloodwork here from now on. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I usually get my bloodwork done on Victoria Drive, but the line up at Victoria is just crazy long. This is my go to Lifelab now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go here for a holter monitor. Very short wait. Seems very organized. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback is the paid parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk office administrator Jessica was so cool & down to earth. The whole team was fast and efficient. It was such a smooth well-oiled machine. My phlebotomist (forgot her name, but she was about 5'1) was very pleasant and polite. Shame about the paid parking, though. But I'll be comming here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on Feb 17th and experienced some rude and obnoxious receptionists. The large lady with the needle had a terrible attitude as well. Try to avoid this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. Came here for the first time and the gulshan person at the front desk receptionist didn't even put in half my blood work. Now I have to go in again to get it done. She didn't even read it properly and missed all the checked boxes only read what was listed at the bottom. How can you be so careless in Healthcare. As a Healthcare professional myself, this is unacceptable. I even told the girl who took my lab that there was more and she said no we are done walked away and called the next person. I will definitely be complaining further with this. DO NOT GO HERE.
