β β β β β WOW. I took my mother over there this morning . All the staff at the Brooke Radiology Gilbert Road , Richmond location is awesome. They are very professional and kind. Doors were open on time and we were taken inside very quickly. Many Thanks for your great care and keep up the good work.

β β β β β I came here during their lunch hour for an x-ray and the lady was kind enough to take me in early so I wouldn't have to wait as long. The staff here are all extremely welcoming and professional.

β β β β β Came back in here in August, and the asian lady who did my x-ray make it clear she did not want to do me. She spoke to the front desk lady right in front of me (who was indian and very kind) saying why do I need an x-ray, and that I am too young, but I clearly needed an x-ray which is why I was there. She was rushing the whole thing and the room smelled so strongly of her lunch. While she was doing my x-ray, she let two adult men inside, one was a worker who was saying bye and one other male thought he left something behind and wanted to look for it - I felt uncomfortable when she let both of them in since I was doing my x-ray and was wearing a hospital gown which was showing my back and she let both of the men inside the room in the middle of doing my x-ray

β β β β β Made an appointment and came to be told I wasnβt allowed to have my 3 year olds arm x-rayed because I had to bring my 1 year old with me since I have nobody else to watch her. Never once told over the phone any instructions like this.
