★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for an oil change and 30k servicing back in March. I paid a bit less than what I usually pay compared to at the VW dealership. The only surprise I had was they did the 1 year oil change instead of the 6 month. Very happy overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Still 1 star place AVOID AVOID. I'm replying to this "Jackie Hsiao" who I'm assuming is the owner because he's leaving himself 5 star reviews under different names. Jackie, if you can read properly, I stated my mother was your customer, not me. I am leaving a review and a warning for people on her behalf. Get your eyes checked and stop rating your own business. Google reviews are for CUSTOMERS. Everything I've stated in this review is true. You hire lazy mechanics who take advantage of customers however they can who are also apparently thieves.
AVOID THIS PLACE
My mother got her car serviced at this location. Not only was the headlight they changed extremely cheap with a completely different wattage , but she also discovered that her small bag of change was missing immediately right after she got her car back. These lazy crooks charge people for this kind of shoddy work is beyond me. How could you not bother double checking if both headlights are the same wattage? It was so apparent that one light is way dimmer than the other. Were you all wearing sunglasses indoors to not have noticed? Was there something wrong with your eyesight? And then to have stolen change from an elder? What kind of lowlifes do you employ for your "company?" This is more than just money wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been Tunnex’s ( Vancouver location ) loyal customer for past 14+ years. Own 2000 Mercedez and 2006 Toyota, both cars are in great condition at this moment, thanks to Tunnex’s excellent services.
Both Gina and Jackie are great and easy to deal with. Well understood my costs before repairing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jackie was very helpful during my visit here. He has recommended that I get my power steering fluid replaced because it was depleted and dirty. My dealership never mentioned this to me for the last two years of my service. I can confidently say that this place care about their customers first with very reasonable rates!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Toyota Yaris for simply 8000k maintnance. I was being told that my coolent / steering fluid are leaking and needs to be repair asap. I was really doubtful about their claim because my garage floor, where the car park, is bone dry. I took the car to Toyota dealership and was told there is no leak at all. After dealership said it's fine, I took it to Canadian tire and was told there is no leak and the car is fine.
THIS SHOP IS SUPER SKETCHY AND DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR RATING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible place to have the car services. I was fuming to have my car serviced by them. The owner showed the rude attitude of not wanting to serve my car. I guess he think he want to show how much money he has and he got enough cars to serve and not care about my business as he said he was busy. Their service quality is extremely poor. I was willing to pay for the services but I was wondering that he overcharged me. I don't believe his words. I would rate zero if I can do it. I will never go to this place forever.

A small issue came up, but they handled it fairly and honestly and were quick and efficient in getting my car fixed. Good communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to them again. Thanks again!
