S	Shilpa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hertz rent a car have a huge inventory of cars for all needs. We were 5 and rented an SUV. It was very comfortable and fitted our needs. The pickup and drop off experience was seamless and very convenient. The staff member was very helpful. The car rental prices are better compared to other companies. I would recommend considering Hertz for rental cars of all kinds.

There is no grace period (there is a tremendous amount of traffic and construction in this area), and you are told you are SOL if you aren't there 10 minutes before your reservation. I will never be back here and please don't waste your time coming to this "business," I am disgusted.

They said they’d hold it 24 hrs, but when we arrive much earlier than that mark they said they have it away after 2 hrs and that they don’t have a car for us. We had to call for the next two weeks to get a refund and after that they still only refunded us a partial amount. Literally they charged us for them not having the car (not to mention the $$ we had to pay for Ubers since we were without a car). Horrible experience

No problems at check out. left car key in drop box after hours. billed right amount next working day. rented a mid size car, hyundai elentra, was given a top model. Loved the car. affordable prices. book a month at least in advance. Airport rental car price is double than this location.

With heavy traffic I made it in time for 4;55, but the attendant decided he had no time to serve me and left me with two options, request a refund or try somewhere else. This ordeal cost me three hours of my vacation trying to sort out and I had to ask my elderly mother to travel around the city with me trying to source a new rental. What sort of establishment can't offer you a guaranteed service and doesn't allow a 10 minute grace period. This is the furthest thing from customer service. If you really want to avail of service, go to the airport at least there you're likely to deal with some humans. Anyone giving more than 1 star has to be an employee or family. Please listen to the 1 star reviews!! Stress, time wasted and 250$+ wasted to fix my situation.
N	Natalia Rabin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. 1) Nobody was in the shop for 10 min when we arrived during business hours 2) When guy arrived he didn't wear the mask in the shop until reminded 3) Car wasn't washed inside or outside 4) There was no parking spots or clear instructions to return car after hours, so we had to return next day 5) Service guy tried to cheat adding an extra day to the rental time, good that my husband caught him. Pay attention... You want some more?
