I came in to get a recall fixed for my vehicle. The gentleman that helped me was quick and knowledgeable. He quoted me a time and delivered. I asked for a quick code my vehicle needed and they also helped me out with that too. Small things make a difference. Like washing the truck before we come and pick it up. This location being conveniently close to me also has a great team

Hands down the most unprofessional and least trustworthy auto service I have ever experienced. Vancouver Honda is the reason dealerships are given a bad name. Let me be specific: One of the bolts securing a rear seat was loose. When I asked to have it tightened I was told they would "see if the seat could be secured". Upon picking up my car I was told that the seat couldn't be secured and would require replacement (~$1250). When I pushed for more details I found out the technician hadn't even looked at the bolts (they are under a flap), as that would require a diagnostic service ($140 min). In short, the service department recommended an expensive and entirely unnecessary service, conveniently leaving out that they had no idea what the actual problem was, and that they had ignored my original request. Take your car anywhere else. If it needs to be a dealership, drive a bit further to one of the other ones. Their employees are either dishonest or unskilled and poor problem solvers, and either way I won't be trusting them with my car again.

Friendly staff and you get your car back clean!! Car was on time after service and was treated with happy staff throughout my service while waiting!! I'll definitely be coming back for all my Honda needs!!

I once had a hiccup at this dealership and the staff wasted no time making sure everything was handled professionally, and made sure I was satisfied in the end. Service advisor Sanjeev goes above and beyond every time I have brought my vehicle back for another service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service, and I will keep coming back even though I live in a different city.

Despite misdiagnosing my car in September, when I brought it back to them, they deducted the value of the September work from the engine work I ultimately had to get done. They gave me a very nice loaner car, which was a nice way to sample a newer Honda vehicle. They also performed some other pro bono services and really made me feel like they valued my business and were interested in a good customer relationship vs just short-term profits.

Dropped of my car to get a recall service done. An hour after dropping my car off, they said I needed to get my spark plugs changes, engine coolant replaced, and brake fluid changed. Not having too much experience with cars, I agreed and I was quoted a price of around 600$. When I went to pick up my car, I was assisted by a person who said my total was 580$ after taxes. Before paying, I was redirected a different person, and noticed, he reprinted an invoice and provided me with a new copy and said he made a mistake and my actual total was 750$ after taxes. Though, I agreed to the quoted price and that's what I ended up paying. The whole experience made me had me feeling like I just got scammed and feels like the Vancouver Honda's Service Center has a predatory attitude to uninformed customers and don't provide the transparency that should be expected from an established dealership. I will personally not shop back at this dealership and don't recommend it based on my experience.

I went for an airbag recall and after I went there, other car warning signs are on (which wasn't before) and they pointed out a lot of codes that I need to fix, although I checked with an auto mechanic before and they said it's nothing to worry about. I also talked with the service guy and he said I have to wait 2 hours for the service. Then he asked if I need to go back home he'd give me a ride. Then just after he saw my car, I quickly took the pictures of the car and said if I want an uber (that I need to pay). It seems like this shop is preparing to rip you off every time you go for a recall, so be prepared to spend a lot of money.
